Job Content:

Provide customer technical services, external client installation, setup, and adjustment of equipment.
Provide post-installation follow-up services (e.g., understanding usage status and customer requirements).
Respond to customer operational issues and provide technical consultation on equipment usage.
Respond to customer inquiries and related matters.
Must hold a driver's license and possess a car.
Coordinate with domestic and international business travel.

Job Summary:

Possess basic implementation experience in Smart Factory/Industry 4.0/Smart Infrastructure/Low-Carbon Management fields.
Ability to integrate software and hardware, utilizing cloud platforms to create cross-domain technical capabilities.
Participate in pre-sales PoC, mid-sales implementation, and post-sales maintenance within a complete project process.

Job Content: A. Project Implementation and Deployment

Conduct site surveys, configuration, installation, testing, layout, and acceptance based on customer requirements.
Product settings, environment parameter tuning, and troubleshooting connection compatibility issues (Industrial PC/Network Equipment/Sensors/Controllers).

B. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide pre-sales/mid-sales technical consulting and problem analysis; on-site support required when necessary.
Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC) validation and problem reproduction, Log investigation, and Debugging.

C. System Integration and Development

Assist in cloud/edge platform connection (API, MQTT, Modbus, OPC UA, etc.).
Possess basic C# or Python skills; capable of simplistic script/process automation (e.g., data collection, health checks, report generation).

D. Documentation and Education Training

Write/Maintain SOPs, Installation Guides, FAQs, and Application Notes.
Conduct internal/external technical briefings, usage training, and knowledge transfer.

E. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, PM, and RD teams; provide feedback on on-site needs and technical communication to enhance product and solution feasibility.
